يُقبل ملف بصيغة PDF أو Excel (.xlsx)، بشرط أن يكون مُصدَّراً مباشرة من موقع البنك أو تطبيقه (تصديراً رقمياً حقيقياً يحتوي طبقة نص أو بيانات قابلة للاستخراج). لا يُقبل رفع صورة ممسوحة ضوئياً (تصوير الكشف الورقي بالكاميرا أو بجهاز المسح الضوئي)؛ إذ إن دقة القراءة من الصورة الممسوحة أقل بكثير، وقد تتسبب بأخطاء في الأرقام لا يمكن ضمان خلوها منها.Either PDF or Excel (.xlsx) is allowed, provided it's exported directly from the bank's website/app (a genuine digital export with real extractable text/data). A scanned image is not allowed (photographing or scanning the paper statement) — reading accuracy on a scan is far lower and can introduce number errors that cannot be guaranteed.

السبب: يحتوي الملف الرقمي (PDF أو Excel) كل رقم وتاريخ كبيانات فعلية قابلة للاستخراج بدقة تامة. أما الصورة الممسوحة ضوئياً، ولو كانت عالية الجودة، فهي في حقيقتها صورة، وتقرؤها الأداة عبر التخمين البصري (OCR)، الذي يبقى احتمالياً مهما بلغت درجة تطوره؛ وهذا غير مقبول في أداة تعتمد على الدقة الرقمية الكاملة.Why? A genuine digital file (PDF or Excel) contains every number and date as real extractable data at 100% accuracy. A scan (even high-quality) is effectively an image, so the tool must read it via visual guessing (OCR), which stays probabilistic no matter how refined — not acceptable for a tool built on complete numeric accuracy.

A scanned image is not allowed, for the same reason above.

مذكرة التسوية السابقة (اختياري في حال عدم وجود معلّقات سابقة قبل فترة المطابقة الحالية)Previous Reconciliation Memo (optional if there are no pending items before the current reconciliation period)

يمكن استعمال مُخرَج هذه الأداة في حال وجود معلّقات أو بنود معلّقة عند إجراء المطابقة اللاحقة: يُرفع ملف الإكسل الناتج من تلك المطابقة (في الخطوة التالية)، وتقوم الأداة تلقائياً بترحيل أي بند لم يُحل بعد إلى مذكرة هذه الفترة.The output of this tool can be used if there are pending items at the next reconciliation — upload the Excel output from that run (in the next step) and the tool automatically carries forward any still-unresolved item into this period's memo.

لو كشوفاتك بعملة معيّنة وتريد عرض التقرير النهائي بعملة أخرى (مثلاً: كشوفات بالدينار، وتقرير إداري بالدولار)، فعِّل خيار "تحويل النتيجة النهائية" وأدخل سعر الصرف الذي تختاره — يُضاف التحويل جنباً إلى جنب مع الأرقام الأصلية، دون حذفها.If your statements are in one currency and you want the final report shown in another (e.g., statements in JOD, a management report in USD), enable "Convert final result" and enter the exchange rate you choose — the conversion is added alongside the original figures, not in place of them.
